SPEEDY WEBS / BUSINESS INFORMATION
Your brief. Your information.
Updated 30 September 2026
What we collect and why
When you submit a project brief, we collect your name, business name, contact details, website needs and the description you provide. We also record the submission date, reference, acknowledgement of this notice, enquiry status and private follow-up notes.
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and manage the project conversation. Required fields help us understand your request and contact you; you can choose to contact us directly instead. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where your brief goes
A text copy downloads to your device and a copy is stored in the studio's private enquiry workspace. On the live website, the full brief is emailed to two studio inboxes through our hosting server and Brevo mail relay. WhatsApp notifications are not currently enabled. These service providers may process information outside South Africa. A failed notification does not remove the saved enquiry.
Live enquiries are stored privately on our hosting server, outside the publicly served website files. The public website does not provide access to the owner control room. Local preview enquiries stay on the computer running that preview.
Keeping and protecting information
We use owner access controls and keep enquiry records out of the public website. Do not include passwords, identity documents, payment-card data or bank details in a brief. Downloaded copies remain under your control.
We keep information while dealing with your enquiry or project and where a legal obligation requires retention. You may ask us to review or delete an inactive enquiry. Deletion from the workspace does not automatically delete email, WhatsApp, downloaded copies or backups; those must be handled separately. A documented retention schedule is still to be finalised before public launch.
Your choices and rights
Contact us using the details below to request access to your personal information, correct it, object to processing or request deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements. We may need to verify your identity. You may also raise a concern with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Cookies, fonts and external websites
Owner sign-in uses a session cookie. The visitor brief form does not need an account. This website currently has no advertising or analytics integration. Fonts are served with the website's system font stack; portfolio captures are stored locally. Following a portfolio or provider link takes you to that organisation's website and its privacy practices.
