This website introduces Speedy Webs and lets you request a conversation about a website. Sending or downloading a brief does not create a paid order, guarantee that a project will be accepted, or require a payment.

Scope, price and review

The homepage describes a no-upfront-payment introduction and a two-day review. The exact work offered, when the review starts, included changes and any later fees must be set out in your written proposal. You decide whether to proceed with the quoted work.

Before paid work starts, the parties must agree the scope, price and applicable taxes, timeline, revision limits, payment milestones, cancellation and refund arrangements, and any ongoing hosting or maintenance charges. Bank transfer details below are for agreed invoices; submitting an enquiry requires no payment.

Your content and the finished website

Please provide accurate information and only supply text, images and other material you have permission to use. Website ownership, source files, third-party licences, domain registration, hosting access and handover are agreed in the written project terms.

Portfolio material is shown to illustrate work. Rights in client brands, images and other third-party material remain with their owners.

Hosting and going live

A website launch depends on the completed build, a compatible hosting service, domain settings and an HTTPS certificate. Adding a domain to a launch plan is not itself publication. External providers have their own service terms and costs.

Search rankings, uninterrupted external services and business results cannot be guaranteed. Support and maintenance are included only as agreed in the project scope.

Questions, cancellations and concerns

Contact us using the details below if something needs attention. Project-specific cancellation and refund arrangements will be provided in writing before you commit to paid work. Nothing in these website terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.
