Not sure what you need? Ask for guidance. Ready to build? Send your pages, features, budget range and target date. Neither option commits you to payment or starts a fixed-term contract.

What will you agree to?

Before paid work starts, we send a project schedule covering the scope, exclusions, price, payment dates, revisions, timeline, hosting, support and ownership. Your supplier’s legal identity and contact details must be included. You can ask questions and correct errors before accepting.

Can we agree by email or WhatsApp?

We can exchange the full written agreement electronically. You should receive a copy to keep and identify the exact final version when you approve it. A short WhatsApp summary does not replace the complete terms. Internal notes do not substitute for your approval.

Can I extend my service period?

Yes. We can propose a further period with its own dates, price and services. A new fixed term requires your express agreement. We record the agreed version and its connection to your previous agreement.

What if I need to cancel?

Your agreement must preserve rights that cannot be excluded by law. Where section 14 of South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act applies, a fixed term does not prevent cancellation on 20 business days’ recorded notice, subject to amounts owing and a reasonable lawful penalty. Fees for every remaining month are not automatically payable. Applicable expiry notices, continuation and cooling-off rights must also be respected.

Qualifying fixed terms are generally limited to 24 months unless the requirements for a longer term are met. We review the proposed arrangement before offering longer commitments.

Where do you keep the project record?

Our private studio workspace stores your enquiry, project notes and agreement history. We use this information to administer your project, not to publish your contract. Portfolio permission is separate and optional.
